    Crew Leader II Position Overview


    Conservation Legacy is seeking a motivated and experienced Crew Leader to join our Ancestral Lands Conservation Corps (ALCC) program. This role will provide an opportunity for individuals to make a difference in the lives of young adults while completing conservation projects on public and private lands.





    • Mentor assistant crew leader(s), providing valuable feedback, giving opportunities for growth, delegating responsibilities, and encouraging technical and leadership skill development.

    • Implement skills training on-site and facilitate intentional discussions via informal lessons to contribute to the crew's personal growth and group dynamics.

    • Promote individual corps member development and create a safe, healthy, cohesive community that values other-centeredness and teamwork.

    • Follow all policies; maintain professional boundaries; appropriately represent the program by creating a substance-free work environment free from tobacco products, alcohol use,
