We are building a fast-growing insurance infrastructure company that works directly with U.S. insurance agency owners.

We are hiring a disciplined Cold Outreach Operator to execute daily email and light cold call outreach.

You are not writing strategy.
You are executing a proven system with consistency and precision.

This is long-term for the right person.

Your Responsibilities


  • Load verified leads into email sequencing tools (Instantly / Smartlead)
  • Send and monitor cold email campaigns
  • Handle basic reply management
  • Follow up manually where needed
  • Make light outbound calls to agency owners
  • Book qualified appointments
  • Update CRM daily
  • Track outreach metrics
You will be given scripts and frameworks.

Your job is execution and optimization.

Daily Output Expectations


  • 100–150 cold emails per day
  • 30–50 outbound dials per day
  • Clear CRM updates
  • 2–5 booked appointments per day once system is optimized
Consistency is more important than bursts of activity.

Required Skills


  • Cold email experience
  • Cold calling experience (B2B preferred)
  • Comfortable speaking to U.S. business owners
  • Fluent English
  • CRM discipline
  • Understands follow-up psychology

Bonus:

  • Insurance industry exposure
  • Experience using Instantly, Smartlead, GoHighLevel
  • Basic understanding of appointment qualification

Compensation

* $6–$10/hour depending on experience

  • Performance bonuses per booked meeting
