Job Summary
The Business Development Director is responsible for the implementation of new clients to the reLink 360 program and the expansion of program solutions within existing reLink 360 clients within the assigned territory.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop, track, and successfully grow reLink 360 Program accounts to support our growth objectives.
Build, develop and foster relationships with key decision makers, influencers, industry partners and position reLink to pursue, and win, new expansion opportunities.
Identify and implement expansion opportunities with current Program clients.
Collaborate with Marketing for messaging, opportunities, and outcomes.
Work collaboratively and across the organization to drive and achieve broader company growth objectives.
Engage in industry events.
Engage in presentations, proposals, and contracting efforts of Enterprise Prospects
Ability to effectively and efficiently manage pipeline ques.
Perform quarterly business reviews with customers.
Execute objectives set with the reLink Management Team
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
5 -7 years of sales, management and leadership experience working with healthcare department leaders and administrators including: Imaging, SPD, Supply Chain, HTM, Material, Facilities, Nursing, Food Services, Linen Services, Labor
Full understanding of multi-vendor medical equipment, service, and procurement
Achievement record of results in strategic planning, development, and execution
Performance history of service expansion, cross selling and building awareness within hospitals
Analytical, and negotiating skills to make an impact and drive business growth.
Strong project management skills
Strong presentation skills
Proven ability to foster and build strategic partnerships with key customers.
Ability to identify potential issues, develop solutions, and manage change.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence successful delegation and performance management.
Effective communication skills to build relationships interdepartmentally within the organization.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Ability to travel via car and/or air travel for long distances (75%)
Travel & cellphone expense package
Ability to lift and carry small medical devices weighing up to 25lbs.

Compensation Package
Salary $70K with commission; total package with on target earnings $110K

Ability to travel up to 75% to territory and back to home office in Twinsburg, Ohio.
