Job summary
This position performs maintenance repairs for compliance with industry standards and equipment and unit make-ready work necessary for the upkeep and operation of building(s), grounds and equipment. Responsible to the Maintenance Supervisor or Housing Manager.- Complete Work Orders assigned by Maintenance Supervisor or Housing Manager.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs to plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment, pumps, electrical systems and pneumatic control systems.
