Onze klant, werkorganisatie BUCH, is in 2017 ontstaan na een fusie van de ambtelijke organisaties van de gemeenten Bergen, Uitgeest, Castricum en Heiloo. Het is een jonge organisatie met sterke wortels binnen de vier gemeenten. Met ruim 850 medewerkers faciliteren we vier besturen bij het realiseren van hun ambities. WAAROM DEZE OPDRACHT?
De junior controller ondersteunt, onder aansturing van de business controller BOR, het domein Beheer Openbare Ruimte (BOR) bij de financiële werkzaamheden en het programma Klimaat.
SCOPE VAN DE BAAN
- Bijhouden en controleren van de financiële administratie voor BOR en Klimaat
- Helpen bij het opstellen van begrotingen en rapportages
- Controleren van facturen, verplichtingen en boekingen
- In de gaten houden van budgetten en afwijkingen signaleren
- Ondersteunen bij budgetbewaking en projectadministratie
- Maken van financiële overzichten en eenvoudige analyses
- Zorgen dat financiële gegevens op tijd en correct worden verwerkt
- Ondersteunen bij tijdschrijven en het toerekenen van kosten aan projecten
OMSCHRIJVING VAN DEZE BAAN
De junior controller werkt nauw samen met de business controller BOR en zorgt ervoor dat de financiële informatie actueel en betrouwbaar is.
MINIMUMVEREISTEN
- Minimaal een HBO diploma in de financiële richting
- Recente ervaring met en bij een gemeentelijke organisatie of werkorganisatie zoals de BUCH
- Actuele kennis van gemeentelijke financiën
DOEL VAN DE OPDRACHT
De junior controller heeft als doel om de financiële processen binnen het domein Beheer Openbare Ruimte en het programma Klimaat te ondersteunen en te optimaliseren.
