    About the Role


    CPTE is growing and looking for a dynamic and passionate physical therapist to take us to the next level as Director of Clinical Services. In this newly formed position, you will help develop and oversee company-wide standards of care and service as well as lead our newly formed clinical excellence team. You will be responsible for direct patient care, allowing you to lead by example and ensuring demonstrated best practices when it comes to clinical excellence, outcomes, and customer service in a leading, outpatient orthopedic setting.

    Your Typical Day

    • Collaborate with company leadership to develop, roll out and oversee company-wide standards of care and service to elevate CPTE's clinical practices to the next level
    • Collaborate with company leadership to develop, roll out and oversee a clinical excellence team including defining areas of priority that align with company goals and objectives, identifying staff generating interest and eagerness in participating
    • Provide direct patient care, evaluate functional needs and outcomes, review patients' functional needs, and adjust care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
    • Design and implement plans of care for patients based on a thorough assessment of potential development. Plans will include but are not limited to manual therapy, neuromuscular training, modalities, education, and functional rehabilitation
    • Create fitness and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients' specific needs and promote patient's healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
    • Communicate effectively with other professionals and support staff to achieve positive patient outcomes
    • Document patient care services via EMR and in accordance with APTA defensible documentation guidelines

    About You


    You will be great fit for this role if you bring the following:

    • Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical leadership role, preferably in outpatient orthopedic setting
    • Strong background in developing and implementing standards of care and service within a healthcare setting
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, with experience in managing and mentoring clinical staff
    • Proven track record of providing exceptional patient care and service, with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
    • Advanced knowledge of clinical best practices, industry regulations, and compliance standards
    • Strong ability to think strategically, innovate and drive continuous improvement initiatives
    • Active or pending NH state license to practice physical therapy
    • Graduate of a CAPTE accredited school of physical therapy
