- Collaborate with company leadership to develop, roll out and oversee company-wide standards of care and service to elevate CPTE's clinical practices to the next level
- Collaborate with company leadership to develop, roll out and oversee a clinical excellence team including defining areas of priority that align with company goals and objectives, identifying staff generating interest and eagerness in participating
- Provide direct patient care, evaluate functional needs and outcomes, review patients' functional needs, and adjust care plans to ensure optimal outcomes
- Design and implement plans of care for patients based on a thorough assessment of potential development. Plans will include but are not limited to manual therapy, neuromuscular training, modalities, education, and functional rehabilitation
- Create fitness and wellness-oriented programs tailored to patients' specific needs and promote patient's healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination
- Communicate effectively with other professionals and support staff to achieve positive patient outcomes
- Document patient care services via EMR and in accordance with APTA defensible documentation guidelines

- Minimum of two years of experience in a clinical leadership role, preferably in outpatient orthopedic setting
- Strong background in developing and implementing standards of care and service within a healthcare setting
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams, with experience in managing and mentoring clinical staff
- Proven track record of providing exceptional patient care and service, with a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Advanced knowledge of clinical best practices, industry regulations, and compliance standards
- Strong ability to think strategically, innovate and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Active or pending NH state license to practice physical therapy
