Do you thrive in multi-functional collaboration and possess a passion for maintaining outstanding quality standards? As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will assume a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining our Quality Management System.

Your expertise will ensure compliance with our Quality Assurance Manuals and other relevant specifications. Join our dedicated team committed to delivering excellence across all facets of our operations

Schedule, perform, and document internal and external audits.
Participate in customer and regulatory agency audits.
Support achievement of business performance goals through data acquisition and analysis, scrap and rework reduction, and continual process improvement.
Review Certified Material Test Reports for chemical composition and mechanical property compliance to material standards.
Train internal personnel in QA program requirements.
Approve disposition of nonconforming material through Material Rejection Notice process.

Prepare and deliver monthly performance reports relating to internal process quality and efficiency, supplier quality, and status of corrective actions.

Maintain quality records.
Review vendor purchase order requirements for compliance to quality and engineering specifications.

You are an individual who takes pride in ensuring that quality standards are met, and issues are resolved in a collaborative and professional manner.

Bachelor's degree in Quality, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering; or 5-7 years of relevant work experience, or comparable combination of education and experience.

2+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, or similar
Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
