- Work well under pressure and guide maintenance operations
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills
- Have strong communication skills and support the plant manager in decision-making
- Repeated lifting up to 75 lbs
- Frequent climbing of stairs and ladders up to 40 ft high
- Ability to stand for approximately 75% of the work day
- Frequent squatting and kneeling
- Good manual dexterity and visual acuity
- Knowledge of Allen Bradley process controls/logic
- Experience with hydraulic control systems
- Skills in electrical, electronic troubleshooting, welding, technical drawing, and basic mathematics
