    The Role

    We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead our internal Work Dynamics Technology innovation team dedicated to developing a groundbreaking data analytics product. This role is not just about managing a product; it's about pioneering a tool that transforms how our clients and employees interact with CRE data. If you are passionate about leveraging AI to solve complex problems and have a knack for turning ambitious ideas into reality, we want you on the team.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Define product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and market opportunities.
  • Product Development: Lead the end-to-end development and launch of a new generative AI-powered data analytics product, from ideation through to execution.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to deliver a product that exceeds user expectations.
  • Market Analysis: Understand and anticipate customer needs, conducting market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy.
  • Voice of Customer: Champion the voice of the user, integrating user feedback and usability findings into product requirements to ensure the product meets and exceeds customer expectations.
  • Culture: Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation, encouraging the team to think big and take calculated risks.
  • Product Performance Analysis: Measure and analyze product performance, using data to inform future product decisions and strategies.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay abreast of trends and developments in AI, data analytics, CRE and related fields to continually innovate and improve the product.
  • Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years' experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing complex, technology-driven products.
  • Proven track record of developing and launching successful products, ideally with experience in AI, data products, data analytics, or SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of generative AI technologies and their application in solving business problems.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable plans.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and drive high-performing teams.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.

    150,000.00 – 300,000.00 USD per year
