Luke's Cancer Institute in Boise, ID is currently seeking a full-time (1.0 FTE) Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Pediatric Oncology Team.
The selected individual will be working alongside four physicians and one other APP.The Pediatric Oncology provider team delivers a wide scope of care for pediatric oncology patients, including ordering chemotherapy, managing the side effects of chemotherapy, and follow-up for pediatric hematology, oncology and BMT patients.
This role would also perform pediatric oncology procedures such as lumbar punctures and bone marrow biopsies.What you can Expect:
Qualifications:
Graduate education from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program or qualifying education as designated by the Idaho Board of Nursing.
License and certification, as required by the specialty, or be eligible to obtain licensure from Idaho Board of Nursing to practice as a Nurse Practitioner.
Must obtain and maintain unrestricted prescriptive authority, DEA, and controlled substance licenses.What's in it for you:
