JOB DESCRIPTION

Sales Stylists play a crucial role in various aspects of customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Show a deep understanding of Levi Strauss & Company's rich history and background
• Demonstrate exceptional knowledge of the products
• Deliver outstanding customer service to all Levi's Store clients following The 3C's of Success: Connect, Consult & Close
• Achieve or surpass daily store and individual sales targets and performance objectives
• Follow Levi's Store cash handling regulations
• Adhere to store security, safety, and loss prevention protocols
• Support stock associates in restocking and security tagging of items on the shop floor as necessary
• Participate in pricing activities when required
• Assist in physical inventory checks and cycle counts
• Contribute to upholding the store's appearance following Levi's Stores visual presentation guidelines and overall housekeeping procedures

Basic Qualifications:

• Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet business demands
• Capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and engaging in prolonged standing, walking, squatting, and bending
• Prior experience in customer service of at least 1 year is desirable
• High school diploma or GED is preferred
