Position Description:
Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking to hire a Center-based BCBA. As a key member of our team, you will have a crucial role in designing client programs that are ethical, personalized, and executed with integrity. We take pride in our individualized therapy model, offering you the chance to directly and positively influence the lives of those under our care. Collaborate with a dedicated team, leverage your BCBA skills, and be part of a supportive environment committed to unlocking the full potential of each individual.
The selected BCBA will provide direct supervision to their BTs/RBTs, oversee a small caseload of 4-6 clients, review session data with staff and families, adjust treatment plans accordingly, and offer consultation to address any treatment or behavior concerns.
At Kaleidoscope ABA, BCBA professionals will receive support from their Clinical Manager, including administrative assistance, scheduling support, and help with caseload management, fostering their career growth.
