    Salary: $120-140k DOE

    Bonus: 17% target

    Position Overview:

    The Food Service General Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food service operations, ensuring high-quality food, excellent customer service, and efficient operations. This role requires strong leadership skills, business acumen, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives
    • Manage and oversee daily operations of the food service department
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
    • Recruit, train, and supervise staff
    • Create and manage budgets, including food and labor costs
    • Monitor and analyze financial performance, making adjustments as necessary
    • Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
    • Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors, suppliers, and customers
    • Implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
    • Stay current with industry trends and best practices
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field (preferred)
    • Proven experience in food service management
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
    • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
    Candidate Profile

    •Sports and Entertainment GM/AGM experience in an A account. (Professional sports, 20MM+ in revenue managed services)

    •Premium AND Concessions experience required, Retail experience would be a nice to have.

    •Strong communication skills both written and verbal, needs to present well and manage client relationship
