- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the food service department
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff
- Create and manage budgets, including food and labor costs
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, making adjustments as necessary
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Stay current with industry trends and best practices
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in food service management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant management software
