Job DescriptionDescription:

Fitesa is a global leader in nonwoven fabric solutions, specializing in providing innovative fabrics the hygiene, medical, and industrial markets. Our Washougal, WA facility has an excellent opportunity for a Production Associate (Utility Helper) to join the team.

Requirements:

This position is responsible for providing assistance to the production line as needed.

Making heads
Providing down day supplies
Material Handling of finished product rolls
Repackaging and repairing product rolls for shipment
Cutting cores, performing resin duties and transporting materials.

Additional Responsibilities:

General facility clean up
Machinery cleaning such as screens and filters
Trash removal
Grounds maintenance

Educational Requirements and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Must possess a valid driver's license
3 to 5 Years in a Manufacturing environment highly preferred
Non-Woven Experience a plus
Must be willing and able to work 12 hr shifts.
Willingness and ability to pass a drug screen and background check is required
