- Work with clients to identify improvement opportunities with respect to regulatory compliance, risk mitigation and clinical systems for post-acute care settings.
- Assist the client with assessing, planning, developing, and implementing systems, processes and other needs as requested
- Consults and provides technical or interim management assistance to nursing and health care providers as requested by the client
- Provide written reports as requested in a timely manner
- Maintain current working knowledge of applicable state and federal standards, regulations, and industry standards of proactive and professional practice guidelines
- Functions within scope of work as defined by the client
- Maintain client confidentiality and function within HIPAA regulations
- Must be licensed RN in state of hire and able to obtain other state licenses as required
- Able to build solid relationships with all levels of staff, interdisciplinary team, residents, and families
- Excellent leadership, communication and customer services skills
- Experience in long term care preferred
