    The Unit Training Management Program (UTMP), IMINT/Geospatial Staff Instructor will provide full time support to the Second Marine Expeditionary Forces, Second Intelligence Battalion ensuring all Intelligence IMINT/Geospatial Marines and others are trained to the highest standards of readiness prior to worldwide deployment in Joint Operating Environments
    You will collaborate with active-duty Marines, Sailors and other service members internal and external to the organization
    The UTMP, CI/HUMINT Staff Instructor will aid the UTMP contractor Staff Lead and Battalion Operations and Training team using the Agile program management approach and the Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, Evaluate (ADDIE) instructional design model
    This experienced IMINT/Geospatial Staff instructor will coordinate with the UTMP Staff Lead, other staff members and instructors to consistently align training and education program materials and methods with stated objectives
    The UTMP IMINT/Geospatial Staff Instructor will take part in reviews of course and program elements and make recommendations and adjustments as applicable
    The UTMP IMINT/Geospatial Staff Instructor will also be taught as a Joint Network Analysis & Targeting Instructor (JNAT-I) in order to better support the customer requirements
    The UTMP Staff Intel Instructor works with the Quality Assurance designs to ensure that improved methods and processes follow published regulations
    Requirements Specific Responsibilities


    • Work closely with the UTMP Staff Lead and the Battalion's Operations and Training leadership, course managers, and internal analysts to build and improve the unit training management program and curricular activities specifically focused on the 0241 and 0261 MOSs.
    • Participate in the Planning of education and training events, instructor and student materials, evaluations, and engage using alternate learning methods.
    • Help develop, execute, and assess student and staff training across the 2D INTL BN Unit Training Management Program.
    • Works with staff and subject matter experts to identify target audience and specific training needs of 0241s and 0261s.
    • Coordinate instructional research and analysis on learners and facilitators.
    • Develop the capability to teach JANT courses and lead JNAT Student OPTs in support of the customers emerging Joint Concepts-Human Aspects of Military Operations requirements.
    Qualifications


    • Must have knowledge and skills in instructional design theories.
    • Must have knowledge of analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to conduct studies and analyze findings.
    • Familiarity in supporting and or collaborating with the U.S
    Marine Corps and other DoD services.

    • Must have excellent written and oral communications skills.
    • Must possess self-motivation and a high level of discretion to work effectively.
    • Must be able to multi-task efficiently, work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects and have a strong attention for detail.
    • Former Marine 0241/0261 Senior SNCO or Warrant Officer executing MOS responsibilities in related field for a minimum of 8-12 years.
    • Work experience designing and executing instruction, assessment, and performance evaluation systems.
    • Strategic planning, organizing, and analyzing instructional development activities desired.
    • Experience supporting IMINT/Geospatial intelligence operations and training at the Battalion Level or higher is required.
    • Experience supporting SOF operations and training is highly desired.
    Physical Requirements and Work Environment

    Garrison work environment including but not limited to:

    • occasional field/tactical environments
    • occasional extended working hours may be required.

    M-F 0700 to 1700 Travel


    • Up to 15% Domestics travel may be required for training and program coordination.
