- The primary responsibility is to support the CEO and CGO while also providing support to the executive team as directed.
- Conduct all actions with strict adherence to confidentiality.
- Ensure that response both internal and external are prompt and accurate.
- Maintain and refine internal processes that support C-Suite level executives.
- Manage communication between internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.
- Plan and orchestrate work to ensure the senior executives' priorities are met, organizational goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld
- Manage professional and personal scheduling, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics.
- Coordinate scheduling and extensive calendar management.
- Work alongside C-Suite on various project-based tasks.
- Coordinate, prep, and attend meetings- showing presence, attentiveness and follow up on action items as needed.
- Manage, coordinate, and arrange travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination.
- Support the marketing department with various projects.
- 3 years' experience in an administrative role.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once.
- Computer savvy with working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel required.
- Ability to use standard office equipment.
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written & oral communication abilities with aptitude in problem-solving.
