Job Description

What you will be doing:
Dietitian
Providing quality clinical nutrition services
Working collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary health team to promote wellness, maintain current health, and/or intervene in acute or chronic illness
Providing medical nutrition therapy for all patients in accordance with providers orders, as well as hospital, and Clinical Nutrition Department policies
Performing assessments on all patients identified to be at nutrition risk per established policies and procedures
Providing nutrition education as identified
Providing support to the Food and Clinical Nutrition Department Teams

Experience you will need:
Dietitian

Basic professional knowledge equivalent to a Master's degree
Working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field
One year of experience
Master of Science Degree in Foods and Nutrition or related field
Completion of Dietetic internship
Successful passing of the registration examination for dietitians (RDN)
Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (LDN)
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
