- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians
- Assess patient conditions and implement appropriate nursing interventions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Assist in the development and implementation of patient care plans
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to promote patient comfort and safety
- Educate patients and their families about various medical conditions and treatment options
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Adhere to all applicable healthcare regulations, protocols, and standards
- Valid and current LPN license in Tennessee
- Proven experience as an LPN or in a similar healthcare role
- Excellent knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Compassionate and empathetic nature
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-pressure situations
- Proficient computer skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
