As a Senior Business Advisor, you will be responsible for:
Acting as a key advisor for the banking and treasury management needs of our business members
Prospecting for new qualified businesses within your market and expanding our network
Being resourceful and strategic on more complex setups and solutions
Managing existing relationships and ensuring proper servicing of accounts
Completing high-quality applications in a timely and professional manner
Displaying collaborative behavior with internal and external partners that results in new business opportunities
Performing Business Reviews with business members using relationship skills centered around AAA, while offering product solutions accordingly
Conveying strong Value Proposition to branch teams and partners
Representing our core values of integrity, excellence, innovation, and service
To be successful in this role, you will need:3+ years of professional experience of business-to-business relationship management
Strong banking acumen experience and knowledge of financial products and services
Strong presentation skills and ability to demo financial products and services both virtually and in person
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field preferred. OR 5+ years combined with experience in a sales or relationship management
Advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Experience with fin-tech software preferred
Strong ability to perform daily job tasks using video calling software (Zoom, Teams, etc)
