    Purpose:
    The Quality Assurance personnel is responsible for customer purchase order data entry to generate shop traveler. Personnel shall ensure customer purchase order, process specification, and prime contractor requirements are properly identified and flowed down to the shop floor pre-production.
    Essential Job Responsibilities
    • Comply with PCC Code of Conduct Requirements and all PCC Cardinal Rules (e.g. Quality and Safety).
    • Comply with Quality Policy and Quality Objectives established at Aerocraft Heat Treating.
    • Review router accuracy and compliance with purchase order, process specification, and prime contractor requirements.
    • Ensure purchase order requirements and applicable specifications are flown down on the shop router.
    • Perform purchase order data entry into shop traveler system to generate shop router.
    • Maintain system documentation for specifications and documents required to perform material processing.
    • Notify customers for any discrepancy found on the purchase order against the receiving slip.
    • Communicate quality inquiries and concerns to the customer in a timely manner.
    • Assisting with daily clerical and administrative tasks, such as sending emails and filing.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Basic Qualifications
    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a team.
    • Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently without close supervision.

    Preferred Qualifications
    • Minimum 1 year of Aerospace Manufacturing/Processing experience.
    • Ability to read and interpret specifications and purchase orders
    • Ability to read and interpret work instructions on Shop Travelers
    • Proficient knowledge with the use of Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, Work, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
