Job summary
We are seeking a Nursing Care Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing basic patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Responsibilities include supporting patient flow efforts and communicating with patients and families in a professional manner.- Provide basic patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
- SUPPORTS THE ORGANIZATIONS PATIENT FLOW EFFORTS THROUGH COMPLIANCE TO UNIT AND PATIENT SERVICES POLICIES.
- COMMUNICATES WITH PATIENTS AND FAMILIES IN A PROFESSIONAL, THERAPEUTIC AND COURTEOUS MANNER.
