    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team at Renewable Energy Systems. As a key member of our HSQE department, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and safety in our construction projects.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Manage multiple projects, providing oversight to Quality Supervisors and ensuring the implementation of company Quality policies and procedures.
    • Develop and maintain Construction Quality Plans, Inspection Test Plans, and Job Books.
    • Conduct regular audits, inspections, and quality reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, engineering, procurement, and pre-construction, to ensure quality and safety in all aspects of the project.
    • Provide training and guidance to Quality Supervisors and other team members on quality and safety procedures and best practices.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent required; 30 semester hours of coursework, Auditing, or equivalent Renewable Energy Construction experience preferred.
    • Strong knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control principles, including ISO 9001.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
