    Job Title:
    SailPoint IIQ Engineer (junior thru senior level)


    Location:
    Hybrid (Tue/Wed/Thu in office)


    Work Schedule:
    Monday thru Friday

    Contract Details: 6mo contract to hire

    Candidates:
    Must be able to work W2 and located in the Cleveland OH area (relocation candidates are not considered)

    Pay Rate:
    $75-$80hr (conversion salary $120k)

    We are seeking a skilled SailPoint IIQ Engineer to join our team.

    The successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing our identity management security initiatives through the planning, implementation, and optimization of Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Governance solutions.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Gather requirements, plan, and implement technologies and processes to improve identity management security initiatives.

    Engineer, architect, and implement enterprise-level IAM and Governance solutions.


    Develop methodologies for access control modeling (e.g., RBAC, ABAC), authorization policy management, and risk-based access lifecycle management for applications and data.


    Build use cases and solutions based on complex business needs involving multiple user directories and application requirements for new IAM integrations.

    Participate in small to medium complexity projects supporting current and new technologies to optimize identity management functions.

    Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies through research, networking, and attending industry events.


    Develop, revise, and document standards, policies, and procedures related to the management, security, maintenance, recovery, and utilization of IAM services.

    Recommend improvements to enhance service levels.

    Collaborate with Information Security, Architecture, and IT Leadership to develop and maintain IAM roadmap documentation.

    Maintain the IAM environment according to company standards, industry best practices, and directives from senior personnel and management.
