Job summary
We are seeking a full-time Functional Capacity Evaluation Assistant to help improve patient access and support the health and productivity of our community workforces. This role is Monday–Friday, 8 hours per day, providing consistent coverage and collaboration across our outpatient orthopedic clinics.Responsibilities
- Conduct job-specific FCEs using validated protocols for material-handling and non-material tasks (lifting, carrying, pushing/pulling, walking, sitting, standing, bending, reaching, kneeling, climbing).
- Apply effort and validity measures (e.g., consistency of effort)
