Growth Systems Lead(HubSpot + WordPress | Sales, Marketing & Revenue Enablement)
Why this role exists
We are hiring a Growth Systems Lead to own and operate our sales, marketing, and digital growth systems—starting with our eco-retreat place and supporting other brands in our ecosystem as needed.
This role exists to ensure:
Leads are captured, routed, and followed up correctly
Funnels work end-to-end
Websites and CRM systems are reliable, fast, and conversion-focused
This is an execution-first role, not a research or experimentation role.
What success looks like
HubSpot is clean, accurate, and trusted by the team
Sales pipelines reflect reality (no leaks, no zombie deals)
Marketing funnels and websites work without constant firefighting
The team knows how to use the systems and actually uses them
Core Responsibilities
CRM & Revenue Systems (HubSpot)
Own HubSpot CRM across sales and marketing
Manage pipelines, lifecycle stages, lead routing, and basic reporting
Build and maintain automations that support sales follow-up and marketing campaigns
Ensure data hygiene and accurate forecasting
Websites & Digital Assets
Manage and maintain WordPress websites (landing pages, updates, integrations)
Ensure sites are performant, secure, and conversion-optimized
Coordinate CMS updates for events, programs, and offerings
Troubleshoot issues quickly and pragmatically
Marketing Operations
Support email marketing campaigns and basic segmentation
Maintain forms, landing pages, and lead capture flows
Collaborate with sales and leadership on funnel improvements
Cross-Team Enablement
Document systems and processes clearly
Train team members on how to use CRM and marketing tools
Partner with the Operations & Systems Lead to ensure clean integrations
Required Experience (Non-Negotiable)
Strong, hands-on HubSpot and experience (certifications required)
Strong WordPress experience (real builds and maintenance, not just content edits)
Experience supporting sales and marketing teams in a live, revenue-generating environment
Ability to prioritize, execute, and communicate clearly
Role Structure
Full-time or part-time (depending on experience)
Individual contributor role
Performance measured by system reliability, funnel health, and execution quality
