Job Description:
Madden Industrial is seeking a skilled Limited Maintenance Electrician to join our client's team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the plant's food manufacturing equipment and facility utilities, troubleshooting faulty devices and systems as well as performing preventative maintenance on processing and packaging equipment.

LME Shift:
Day


LME Pay:
$35-45/hr


Limited Maintenance Electrician Responsibilities:
Read and update schematics and diagrams, as well as following electrical PM programs.

Maintain and repair automated equipment such as packaging machinery, hydraulic equipment, compressor and refrigeration units, freezer doors, scales, electronic boards, hoists, pumps and other food processing equipment.

Ability to take on assigned projects and complete them on time and within budget.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
Perform necessary equipment modification and fabrication.
Knowledge of MP2 system program.
Develop and implement maintenance procedures for equipment.
Follow all safety rules, practices and understand GMP and GSP.


LME Requirements:
Certification as a Limited Maintenance Electrician or equivalent.
High school diploma or GED.
Minimum of 6 months of manufacturing maintenance experience.
Minimum of 1 year of maintenance experience.
Minimum of 2 years of electrical experience.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Read and understand test meters.
Basic understanding of maintenance and installation of facility plumbing systems, boilers, air compressors and hydraulic systems.
Basic understanding of HACCP and food safety practices
