Responsibilities

The Facilities Service Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the department on a daily and routine basis. This role works closely with the department director/manager, administrative team members, and department heads to ensure compliance with goals and objectives established by Prime Healthcare. Effective communication, both written and verbal, is essential for this position, as well as interaction with all levels of personnel and visitors.

This role also involves inputting and retrieving computerized data.

Qualifications

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
At least 3 years of experience in secretarial duties or facilities repair & maintenance operations are necessary.
Proficiency in computer software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Preventative Maintenance System, is required.
Familiarity with computer systems related to security equipment, such as ID badge & camera systems, is also necessary.

The estimated annual salary range for this role is $45,000 to $63,500, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation. The exact starting compensation will be determined at the time of selection.
