    Position SummaryThe Specialist II, Vendor Relations is responsible for facilitating and maintain the supply chain for learner and faculty course kits.

    This collaborator is responsible for establishing communication with possible new supply chain vendors to ensure the best possible cost has been established for the College.

    Collaborates with medical vendors to arrange for supplies to be delivered to distribution center.


    Essential Function and Responsibilities:


    Collaborates cross-functionally to ensure the College's supply needs are met based on the evolution of learner kits and the courses that correlate to them.

    Communicates vendor details, concerns, gaps, and delivery changes in a timely manner with all stakeholders. Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and find resolution in a timely manner. Escalates concerns that deviate from standard practices to all appropriate stakeholders. Attends all meetings and professional development activities as required. Participates in the successful implementation of functional projects as they arise.


    Qualifications and Education Requirements:
    A minimum of a four-year degree from an accredited institution or relevant profession experience is required. Demonstrated experience providing customer service to multiple stakeholders is required. Demonstrated proficiency in supply chain analysis is required. Demonstrated proficiency in professional, written communication is required. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Outlook and SharePoint is strongly preferred. All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah. The College will pay for travel and lodging accommodations.
