- Lead, manage, and support all administrative/office operations.
- Communicate with various clients, vendors, and performers.
- Collect information from performer's quality assurance reports.
- Oversee the coordination of costume and equipment inventory.
- Create forms, lists, templates, presentations, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Assist with coordination, planning, and execution of private and corporate events.
- Manage large task lists.
- Maintain and clean the office as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- College degree preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of administrative and management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable for of transportation.
