    Type: Contract (W2)

    Start Date: ASAP

    End Date: 12/31/2024

    Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week (1st Shift)

    Location: Manhattan, NY (onsite position)

    Pay Range: $50 to $59 per hour

    Key Responsibilities:

    Support US Banks Privacy Office team managing the privacy risk program to ensure compliance with Privacy Laws/Regulations.

    Specific focus on supporting Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) process (responsible for conducting end to end PIAs across Bank applications and Bank Vendors, leading/coordinating PIA conversations with stakeholders, ensuring PIA cases and results/findings are tracked properly).

    Other responsibilities as needed to assist team colleagues with work volume.

    Requirements:

    BA/BS degree.

    Must have experience in Privacy, data protection and Privacy laws/regulations (state, national, international) is required.

    3-8 years of professional experience, preferably in financial services industry.

    Experience with conducting impactful reviews (audits, process evaluations, gap assessments, etc.).

    Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment, both independently and as part of a team, under tight deadlines and with the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently, efficiently and effectively.

    Attention to detail; strong analytical and investigative problem-solving abilities, with the ability to explain/support conclusions from data analysis.

    Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; capable of writing documentation, explaining complex topics, and interacting positively with colleagues and external vendors.

    Proficient with Microsoft Office products. Advanced knowledge of Excel is a plus.

    Privacy certification (e.g., CIPP/US, CIPM, etc.) is a distinct plus.
