    We are seeking a results-driven Senior Program Manager to join the Product Revenue Strategy team. As a key member of this dynamic and forward-thinking group, you will be responsible for driving the successful planning, execution and delivery of strategic programs in support of building a world-class Enterprise Sales organization. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of program management skills, proven track record in managing end-to-end strategic programs, a deep understanding of the Enterprise Sales landscape, and the ability to build strong partnerships with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.

    Compensation

    At Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:

    Zone A: $153,100 - $204,200

    Zone B: $137,800 - $183,800

    Zone C: $127,100 - $169,500

    This role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.

    • Own the execution of strategic programs with a focus on ensuring that the team is driving towards the best outcomes for our customers.
    • With Product Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions programs being areas of focus, you will represent Enterprise Sales and partner closely with the cross functional stakeholders to align and implement strategic initiatives.
    • Develop and maintain program plans, identify resource needs, and balance project schedules; lead communication with program team members and partners on progress, dependencies and risks.
    • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruiting initiatives.
    • Provide regular updates and reports on recruiting activities, including progress against goals, candidate status and market insights.
    • Minimum 7+ years of relevant work experience in program management in a fast paced environment.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including experience with facilitating meetings and engaging with an executive audience).
    • Demonstrated experience and success leading high impact, cross-functional programs or projects with a strong sense of urgency and commitment.
    • Possess flexibility and have a history of delivering results in a fast-paced and highly ambiguous work environment.
    • Ability to get things done through taking calculated risks and experimenting with new solutions.
