A large Automotive Manufacturer in Irvine, CA is seeking a Marketing Assistant.
Pay $24 - $28/hr DOE
This is an excellent opportunity to support the Partnerships & Experience Team with a reputable automobile manufacturer based in Orange County, CA
Main Responsibilities
Create planning and recap Powerpoint presentations to present to leadership
Maintain status and planning documents
Heavy communication via phone and email with external parties
Occasional support in creating, managing and tracking budgets
Creating Reports via Excel
PowerPoint Presentations
Required Skills and Experience
Strong level of understanding in Excel and PowerPoint preferred
Project Management experience is preferred
Experience within the automotive industry is preferred
Understanding of Sports and/or partnership industry would be plus.
