    OBJECTIVE


    This full-time position will provide all-around general support for Internet/Intranet applications, network infrastructure, e-mail, Windows Servers, Windows application, and other PC-related software.

    All duties should be performed in accordance with company policy.

    OUR EXPECTATIONS ARE THAT YOUCan evaluate, implement, and maintain networking solutions and associated equipment including creating network diagrams and network administration processes and procedures.

    Can evaluate, implement, and maintain tools to aid in monitoring IT systems for availability and integrityCan evaluate, implement, and maintain wireless networksCan analyze network characteristics (e.g., traffic, connect time, transmission speeds, packet sizes, and throughput), troubleshoot problems and recommend procurement, removals, and modifications to network components and generate usage reports.

    Can evaluate and install new software releases, system upgrades, and patches; resolve associated software and hardware related problemsCan install, support, and maintain Windows and Linux OS'sCan monitor systems to ensure system health and functionality as well as remediate problems/issues in a timely mannerCan monitor system backups and maintain automated disaster recovery proceduresCan provide technical assistance and training for IT personnel
