    ABOUT THIS POSITION

    This position is an associate level position that will require strong skills in communication, content collaboration, organization, problem solving, project management and analytics. This person will be responsible for one or more of the following work streams.

  • Development of physician and patient facing medical education events
  • Day to Day marketing operations, analysis, and reporting
  • Work with sales and marketing members in the collaboration and execution of local, regional, and national medical strategic plans
  • In addition to Sales and Marketing, this position will interface with many Inspire functional areas as well as with external vendors to meet sales and marketing needs in accordance with applicable polices and procedures. This role must be flexible for changing priorities and able to work with reduced supervision.

    OPPORTUNITIES YOU WILL HAVE IN THIS ROLE

    This role may include, but is not limited to the following activities:

  • Community Health Talk (CHT) Organization and Assistance Assisting with all website CHT elements including approval of new requests, de-activating completed events, managing registration numbers.Tracking Monthly CHT Event MetricsCoordinating with Sales field in assisting with CHT requests/trainings Providing post registration list Scheduling trainings for the fieldCreating new educational tools/videos to share with sales fieldShare best in class data and toolsCHT Customer Journeys maintenance & enhancementsEmail auditsA/B TestingReview metrics, ROI, Open Rates, Bounce Rates, HyperlinksWork with Sales Ops and partner agencies on metrics to build dashboards to collect data from CRM, G4, Meta, OTT/CTV, MB1
  • Conduct marketing operations in digital, print and other educational formats (either directly or with the assistance of outside vendor). Mediums/channels may include:Paid Social Media channels and other digital marketing opportunities. Website content with internal and external agenciesSocial media with internal and external agenciesCollaborate with UX internal designer and/or graphics designerDirect to patient and direct to physician CHT materialsTraditional Print ads
  • Complete all Inspire AssurX, Learning Line and Quality training as requested.
  • Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business and or related field
  • Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including lead nurturing, market research, technology, and budgeting (Print, creative, and social media budget)
  • High impact communication skills and ability to simplify complex ideas
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, execute and report on projects.
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently with changing priories.
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience required.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with healthcare and/or educational events
  • Experience in a regulated industry (ex. Healthcare, Medical Technology, Finance)
