Job Description:

We are seeking a backend-focused Full Stack Engineer to own the reliability, scalability, and engineering execution of a production AI platform.

This role centers on building robust backend systems, orchestrating complex workflows, and elevating platform stability and performance. You will work in a fully remote, async-first environment with clear ownership of technical architecture and implementation.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement robust backend and platform capabilities to ensure system stability, performance, and operational excellence
Build and optimize task orchestration and message queue architectures for long-running and batch-processing workloads
Establish and refine CI/CD pipelines, environment and release management, and developer experience practices
Collaborate cross-functionally with product stakeholders to translate complex workflows into scalable engineering solutions

Requirements:

4+ years of experience as a Full Stack, Backend, or Platform Engineer building and scaling web applications and APIs
Strong experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and asynchronous task orchestration (e.g., Temporal, Celery, Airflow, RabbitMQ, Kafka)
Deep expertise in modern backend languages such as Python, Go, , or Rust, with frontend proficiency in React, Vue, or and TypeScript
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), containerization, CI/CD, and observability tooling
