Job Responsibilities

Complete service requests promptly and efficiently
Deliver exceptional customer service to our Residents
Perform repair and installation tasks for appliances and HVAC units
Adhere to environmental, OSHA regulations, and company policies
Handle general maintenance tasks as assigned

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years experience in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills
EPA Certification (Type 2 or Universal)
Hands-on HVAC installation and troubleshooting experience
Experience in apartment maintenance is advantageous
Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Pass criminal background check
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
Spanish language skills are a plus
Demonstrate initiative and strong customer service abilities
