- Manage the development and implementation of a comprehensive Lifestyle Medicine program that includes 1:1 appointments, classes, and programs in a variety of formats.
- Collaborate and partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify and establish science evidence-based services that are accessible, equitable, and culturally inclusive.
- Monitor and evaluate Lifestyle Medicine programming to ensure quality care and alignment with department and organizational strategic focus.
- Oversee UW Health's Lifestyle Change Program including its Lifestyle Medicine Specialists and Lifestyle Coaches.

We are seeking a Program Manager Lifestyle Medicine to:At UW Health, you will have:

OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Minimum Master's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics or related field
Work Experience:
Minimum Three (3) years of experience in dietetics and/or education Preferred Two (2) years experience in Culinary Medicine or Lifestyle Medicine program development Licenses and Certifications: Minimum * Registered Dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration * Certified Dietitian in the State of Wisconsin and Illinois * Master Trainer, certified through program approved by CDC, complete within six (6) months of hire.
One (1) of the following certifications completed within one (1) year of hire: * Certified, Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) * Board Certified-Advanced Diabetes Management (BC-ADM) * Certified Specialist in Obesity and Weight Management by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CSOWM) * Certified, American College Lifestyle Medicine (ACLM)APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
