    About the Role

    The Company is in search of its first Chief Program Officer (CPO), a pivotal executive role that will serve as the primary strategic partner to the CEO. The CPO will be the chief architect of the organization's mission delivery, responsible for translating the vision into high-quality, and scalable program strategies. This includes providing executive oversight for a multi-site, intergenerational program portfolio. The successful candidate will be tasked with implementing plans that drive efficiency, innovation, and impact, in alignment with the company's mission to support children and families. Key responsibilities for the CPO include daily leadership of the organization's programs, managing a team of direct reports, and ensuring that internal processes and programs are optimized. The role also involves collaborating with the President and CEO to execute strategic plans, leading change management efforts, and building systems to track key outcomes.

    The ideal CPO for the company will have a proven track record of implementing successful plans that align with organizational strategic direction, leading to growth and impact. They should possess strong analytic and strategic-thinking skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build and nurture relationships. A minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in managing comprehensive, multi-site social service, youth development, or educational programs is required, with at least four years at a senior executive level. The candidate should be adept at leading, developing, and motivating program leaders, and be committed to the values of a faith-inspired organization. xhmxlyz A master's degree in a relevant field is preferred, and bilingual proficiency is a plus, given the diverse communities served.
