    This Southern California based growth-stage startup ties in telemedicine, health and wellness, subscription, and pharma. They are led by a strong management team of industry experts and have a tremendous pipeline of consumer business enabling them to expand the team aggressively this year. The company is already profitable, with 8-figure ARR, and are growing over 30% per month. Founder/CEO has led several successful venture-backed companies and has a track record of mentorship and promoting from within.

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align data analysis with overall business objectives and ROI
    • Analyze large customer data sets to drive strategic and operational decisions for the business
    • Write SQL queries to access and manipulate data efficiently, ensuring data accuracy
    • Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines that bring together various data sources
    • Track and analyze large amounts of data to discover meaningful trends and present to key stakeholders of the organization
    • Create visually compelling data visualizations to communicate complex findings to non-technical business users
    • Utilize statistical methods to analyze data and validate hypotheses, providing actionable recommendations
    • Help to evaluate various marketing channels to understand spend, effort and return on investment
    • Build KPI's to funnel marketing spend based on performance
    • Create new reporting methods and models
    • Partner with stakeholders to lead the charge in finding ways to make accessing data and insights easier

    Skills / Experience Needed:

    • 5+ years of Business Intelligence experience
    • Strong data analytics experience
    • Strong SQL and ETL experience
    • Proficient in writing and optimizing SQL queries
    • Must have visualization and reporting experience; Looker and Tableau
    • Experience in marketing analytics
    • Ability to understand complex marketing and social media advertising data
    • Expert level analysis in cross channel marketing, social media, paid search, and customer acquisition
    • Previous experience working for an eCommerce or subscription-based business is very important
    • Bachelor's Degree in Math, Finance, Business or Marketing
