Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced Crew Chief and/or Instrument Man for our Tallahassee office.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in land surveying, specifically in producing commercial boundary surveys/ALTAs, ROW surveys, and construction layout. The successful candidate should be well-versed in the use of modern equipment, including robotic total stations and GPS equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct surveys for various projects, including commercial boundary surveys/ALTAs, ROW surveys, and construction layout.
• Utilize modern equipment, such as robotic total stations and GPS devices, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Work closely with the surveying team to coordinate and complete projects.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members, as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in land surveying is required.
• Strong knowledge of modern surveying equipment, including robotic total stations and GPS devices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and precision.
• A valid driver's license is mandatory.
• A Surveyor License is preferred but not mandatory.
