    A unique opportunity to work directly with the Executive Vice President of Leasing. Please see summary of job description below:


    • Gain a complete understanding of all division properties and suites


    • Coordinate development and production of Feldman's response to proposal requests as needed


    • Assemble and coordinate all lease documents and supporting documents going out for customers' signature; manage lease tracking


    • Assist Leasing Representatives with set up and management of vacant spaces


    • Maintain customer, broker and asset database information


    • Monthly reports tracking occupancy, leases, move in/move out, etc.


    • Quarterly reports tracking Competitive set survey, submarket report


    • Coordinate with marketing to distribute marketing information to prospects (data sheets, floorplans, info, etc.)


    • Organize/manage Costar information as well as other prospect tracking information


    • Assist leasing and division EVP with ongoing marketing information gathering


    • Assist with property tours and/or meetings with prospects, brokers, and vendors


    • Ensure vacant spaces are in excellent physical condition for showings


    • Assist in coordinating broker events


    • Update property pages on website regarding available space, portfolio changes and updated photos as needed


    • Contribute to marketing plan development and drive the day-to-day plan implementation and tracking in support of customer acquisition and retention objectives
