    Description

    • Control the Cargo handover process from flight landing till lastmile CP sorting center in LAX gateway;
    • In house operation management in Sorting Center to break down PMC, IB scanning, and stack cartons on the pallets by different destination?
    • Line-haul transportation management from cainiao sorting center to CP sorting center;
    • Responsible for lead time, service quality, average cost and other indicators;
    • Find out the root cause and solve the problems through on-site treatment or data tools, and continuously find solution to reduce costs and optimize the transit time in the whole process.1.
    At least 3+ years solid management experience in at least one fields of the following list:
    Airport Cargo management, X-dock warehouse, Fulfillment Center, Couriers management, line-haul management or any other related fields, no matter self-owned mode or 3PL mode;

    • Work in LAX sorting center, could overcome the jet leg, heavy pressure and busy tempo with the US domestic entrepreneurial team.
    • Excellent communication and execution skills?
    • Working experience in the companies will be better preferred, such as Yuntu, DHLe, Fedex, UPS, and so on.
    • Communicate in English smoothly, Chinese will be better preferred.
