We're making great healthcare easy for all.Delivering great healthcare begins with you That's because our Medical Receptionists & Front Desk Coordinators are an integral part of the vybe urgent care team This is a fast-paced, exciting position for the right candidate in an Urgent Care environment You will professionally and courteously answer inbound calls make outbound calls to patients and assist with greeting patients and visitors Must have strong customer service skills with healthcare experience strongly preferred Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask We are looking for candidates who are genuinely excited to help others They're patient empathetic and passionately communicative They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don't have enough information to resolve issues Regular interaction and collaboration with Center Managers and other members of the vybe urgent care team is essential
Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of incoming calls in a prompt and courteous manner with a positive attitude to help the patients.
- Make outbound phone calls including following up on patient voicemails.
- Greet patients & visitors courteously & professionally demonstrating caring compassion &; empathy in meeting their needs .
