Job Description:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join our client's team in Portland, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of litigation experience within a law firm. In this role, you will be actively assisting with a diverse range of cases in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Drafting legal documents, ensuring precision and compliance with legal standards
• Conducting thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy
• Managing discovery processes, including organizing evidence and coordinating document production
• Assisting with trial preparation, including preparing exhibits and witness coordination
• Accurately tracking deadlines to ensure timely filings and compliance
• Overseeing additional projects related to case management and legal proceedings

Qualifications:

• Requires 5+ years of experience in litigation
• Familiarity with state and local civil procedures and filing requirements in Oregon and Washington
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive
• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal skills, trustworthiness, discretion, and sound judgment across diverse situations
• Proficiency in MS Word is necessary, and experience with Prolaw is preferred
