Job summary
The University of Rhode Island invites applications for a full-time tenure-track position of an Assistant Professor of Physics beginning in Fall 2026. The successful candidate will strengthen and broaden the existing Quantum Information Science (QIS) program in the Physics Department.
- The search will remain open until the position has been filled.
- The successful candidate is expected to be a key contributor to developing URI's condensed matter research lab into a facility suitable for low-temperature QIS experimental research.
