    The Endeavor network specializes in talent representation, sports operations & advisory, event & experiences management, media production & distribution, experiential marketing and brand licensing.


    The Account Manager works closely with Account Director & Team to manage assigned client hospitality & event marketing needs and also maintains an effective level of direct contact with these clients.

    The Account Manager will support in strategic planning, programming, on-site activation, and will serve as one of the key day-to-day client contacts, maintaining a highly responsive service orientation in all interactions.


    Important characteristics for success in this role are solid verbal and written communication skills, analytical thinking, strategic thinking, organizational skills, interpersonal skills and a proactive approach.

    It is also essential that this person have a clear understanding of today's marketing and hospitality business and strong event/activation experience.

    The 160over90 office environment is informal, but highly professional, requiring high-quality work and individual initiative. Each staff member is part of the team and must be willing to perform a wide breadth of activities.


    MAJOR RESPONSIBILITES:
    Experience and knowledge of Experiential marketing & white glove hospitality & gifting
    Support the day-to-day management of planning and developing work needed to execute projects on account team
    Deliver measurable results to the client and provide post-event reporting and ROI analysis
    Develop and maintain all applicable program documents and materials ranging from activation plans, budgets, presentations, recaps, staff grids, etc.
    Support in the development and implementation of ongoing consumer VIP gifting program
    Support internal and external staff on execution and delivery of programs
    Collaborate with external agencies, partners, vendors client and all appropriate agencies/properties to support sponsorship initiatives and coordinate deliverables as necessary
    Attend events and activations and provide on-site support and supervision

    SKILLS &


    QUALIFICATIONS:
    Minimum 5-7 years of event marketing, client service, hospitality and team management experience
    Excellent interpersonal skills - experience in client management is a necessity
    Ability to develop and sustain strong working relationships with multiple national and local clients
    Experience in working with experiential marketing and the comprehension of the complexities of event management
    Strong planning and organizational skills to effectively manage numerous programs and resources simultaneously
    Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills based in agency, client and industry knowledge
    Excellent oral and written communications skills
    Experience working with large consumer brands in and around sports and entertainment
    Adept at building relationships and working in a team environment with proven track record of sharing ideas, providing encouragement, building on other's ideas, giving due appreciation and bringing out the best in others
    Willing and able to work nonstandard work hours, weekends and travel as required
    Must have professional appearance and persona with a strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude
    Microsoft Office proficient (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    Experience in working with Cvent is a plus
