- STNA certification.
- Identify resident problems and concerns and report them immediately to the Wellness Coordinator or
- Conduct resident rounds as
- Initiate corrective action as necessary and/or seek assistance of a
- Document incidents and/or unusual problems according to the established facility
- Participate in an interdisciplinary team and other facility meetings as
- Participate in the development of an individualized service plan for assigned
- Report changes in residents' conditions to the Wellness Coordinator or Nurse.
- Completes documentation accurately, timely, and following facility policies and procedures.
- Listen to resident and family complaints and report problems to the Wellness Coordinator or Nurse.
- Assure residents that require call systems have them at hand and answer calls
- Complete housekeeping tasks such as dusting, emptying wastebaskets, vacuuming
