Job Description:
Working on industrial projects with guidance from licensed professional engineers.

Duties and skills that would be required and / or learned as part of the internship:
+ Using Revit and AutoCAD assist in the development of the construction and concept drawings. + Applying the technical knowledge from course work to real-world applications in the structural engineering profession.

• Introduction into structural and mechanical systems used for the project development, including:

+ Structural systems - foundations (shallow and deep), concrete civil structures (pits, vaults, tunnels, retaining walls), structural steel framing (towers, bents, trusses, etc.) + Material Handling and Plant Processing Systems + Assist in the development of complete sets of fully detailed engineering drawings, with clear and concise specifications. + Capably participate in project meetings + Contribute to a friendly working environment with fellow colleagues, associates, and employees to provide excellent customer service and meet project deadlines.


Qualifications:
+ BS or MS - Civil/Structural Engineering with an emphasis in structures + Construction experience preferred + Revit 1+ yrs Compensation: + Competitive Salary DOE, plus generous benefits package
