Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Leader.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store and leading a team of employees to ensure exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.


Duties:

• Supervise and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations
• Train and develop team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the buying team to ensure adequate stock levels
• Handle cash handling procedures, including opening and closing registers, preparing deposits, and reconciling cash drawers
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, including merchandising displays and ensuring products are properly stocked
• Assist customers with inquiries, resolve complaints or issues in a professional manner
• Collaborate with store management to implement strategies to drive sales and meet targets
• Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members and provide constructive feedback

Experience:

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is required
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively
• Strong understanding of retail math and inventory management principles
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient in using pointofsale systems and other retail software
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fastpaced environment
